Jon Dilley (also Chair of Trustees)
Jon is a Chartered Loss Adjuster, employed by Sedgwick International UK as a Corporate Account Manager dealing with Global, Corporate Claims programmes. Jon has previously been a Governor at Hoddern Junior School (East Sussex) , Chair of Governors at Peacehaven infant school and Vice Chair of Governors at Peacehaven Community School.
Paul Holmes-Ling
Paul is Director and founding partner of the Farm Energy Company Ltd. A company investing in, and developing renewable energy projects across the UK and Europe.
Ms Christine Jennings
Christine has lived in Seaford since 1986 and has been involved in governance at Annecy, Seaford Head, and Chyngton schools.
Christine has worked as a Supervisor at Chyngton Playgroup, and Adult Education teacher, NVQ assessor, and Internal Verifier, an Edexcel External Verifier and, from 2010 to date has been a Support Worker with adults who have disabilities.
Christine’s volunteer roles include Seaford Play Council, Mencap, Newhaven and, from 2012 to date - St Andrew's, Bishopstone PCC.
Mrs Paula Jane Ross
Paula started teaching in 1980 at a Croydon 11-16 school. She became Head of Faculty before moving to a Merton School as P/T Senco 1992-1998. She also has experience of teaching Drama and English to GCSE.
Paula moved to Sussex in 1998. She is rooted in the community as her son attended Seaford Head up until university whilst her daughter attended County Primary and then Seaford Head to 6th form when she moved to Lewes college.
Paula worked at Eastbourne PRU [later College Central] until taking early retirement in 2014. This role involved supporting students with behaviour issues in a range of local primary and secondary schools. Paula also taught excluded pupils with a range of behavioural and emotional needs. Paula acted as a parent governor at Seaford Head from 2000-2005. She joined Seaford Community cinema in 2014 becoming Chair in 2018.
